Unfortunately Toni this kind of thing seems to be a daily occurrence. So few people give a toss or have the brain or willpower to think ahead and try to nurture you as a present and possible future customer. It iis depressing. I don't treat people like this and I'm sure you don't, but when you face such apathy each day it can get you down. There are still some people out there who understand the importance of customer service, but sadly it strikes me as an amazing moment when I find one.
Keep up the blog, well done.
